How do I schedule?
Call or text our office at 903-866-6505 and we will get you scheduled for the next available appointment!
What types of health insurance do you accept?
We are participating with Medicare and are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral needed for self-pay patients and most insurance plans. As chiropractors we are entry level providers in the state of Texas. Should your condition be outside of our expertise, we will work to refer you to the proper healthcare provider.
Where are you located?
Our main clinic is located at 1018 E. Goode St. Suite 102 in Quitman, TX (inside Rock Solid Fitness). We also have two satellite offices in Tyler and Van. Dr. Brianna Teaff is at Rose City Midwifery & Wellness located at 844 S. Fleishel Ave Tyler, TX 75701 and Dr. Rowdy Teaff is at ReBirth Performance at 172 Industrial Ln Van, TX 75790 on Monday and Wednesday's.
